Bergen coronavirus hotline: 55 56 77 00 

Monday–Friday, 8am to 8.45pm

Saturday–Sunday, 9am to 2.45pm

The coronavirus hotline answers general questions about vaccines, the coronavirus, testing, quarantine, travel and hygiene advice. It is not part of the municipality’s health service. If you have questions about your own health or the health of others, you must contact your GP. For emergency medical assistance: contact the accident and emergency department on 116 117 or medical emergency telephone 113.

If you are ill, it is best to contact your GP, who knows you well.

Only for those who are ill and need urgent help. We recommend that you telephone before turning up at the accident and emergency department. 

Medical emergency telephone: 113 

You can telephone the medical emergency number 113 if you believe it is an emergency and life and health could be at risk.
