Barnehagene erfarer at det er et ønske fra foreldre at barnehagefotografering skal finne sted. Barnehagen ønsker å legge til rette for fotografering i barnehagetiden, og har av den grunn inngått en avtale med fotograf som skal gjennomføre fotografering i barnehagetiden. Dette er et tilbud til dem som måtte ønske det, og det er frivillig å delta på fotograferingen. Det vil ikke få konsekvenser for deg eller ditt barn å ikke delta på fotograferingen.
Det vil være fotografen som er ansvarlig for behandlingen av personopplysninger som finner sted i forbindelse med fotografering. For å sikre at fotografen opptrer i tråd med personopplysningsloven, har barnehageeier utformet et kravskjema som fotografen må signere på før fotografering kan finne sted. I kravskjemaet må fotografen blant annet garantere at personopplysninger blir behandlet i samsvar de krav som stilles til behandling av personopplysninger i personopplysningsloven.
For at fotografen skal kunne innhente nødvendig samtykke og informasjon i forkant av fotograferingen, ønsker barnehageeier å bistå med å sette fotografen i kontakt med foreldre som ønsker å delta på fotograferingen. Barnehagen kan ikke dele din kontaktinformasjon med fotografen uten at foreldre har samtykket til dette. Før barnehagen eventuelt deler kontaktinformasjon med fotografen, må det derfor foreligge et samtykke.
Dersom du ønsker å trekke ditt samtykke til deling av kontaktinformasjon, skal pedagogisk leder/styrer kontaktes. Muligheten for å trekke samtykket til deling av kontaktopplysninger faller bort nå kontaktopplysninger er delt med fotografen. Du kan uansett når som helst kontakte fotografen og be om at dine eller ditt barn sine personopplysninger blir slettet. Fotografen skal da også slette din kontaktinformasjon.

The kindergartens find that parents are interested in kindergarten photography and also want to arrange for photographs to be taken during kindergarten opening hours. They have therefore entered into an agreement with a photographer who will take photographs during opening hours. This is a voluntary photography service available to those who wish to use it. There will be no consequences for you if your child does not take part in the photography.
The photographer will be responsible for processing personal data related to the photography. To ensure that the photographer acts in line with the Norwegian Personal Data Act, the owner of the kindergarten has created a requirement form, which the photographer must sign before any photographs can be taken. On the requirement form, the photographer must, for example, guarantee that personal data will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the Norwegian Personal Data Act relating to the processing of personal data.
In order for the photographer to obtain the necessary consent and information in advance of the photography, the owner of the kindergarten would like to help the photographer to contact parents who wish to have photographs taken. The kindergarten cannot share contact details with the photographer without the consent of parents. Therefore, your consent is required before the kindergarten can share your contact details with the photographer.
Should you wish to withdraw consent to the sharing of your contact details, please contact the educational supervisor/manager. It will not be possible to withdraw consent to the sharing of your contact details once they have been shared with the photographer. Nonetheless, you can contact the photographer at any time to request deletion of your own or your child’s personal details. Thereafter, the photograph shall delete your contact details.
