Senter for migrasjonshelse holder til på Haraldsplass Diakonale Sykehus og på Bergen Inkluderingssenter på Landås.
Vi har et tverrfaglig team med bred erfaring fra migrasjonshelsefeltet som består av helsesekretærer, sosionomer, leger, helsesøstre, psykologer og fysioterapeuter.
Center for migration health is a municipal health provider for asylum seekers, family members reunified with refugees, and refugees who have recently arrived in Norway. We have various professions in our team, with a broad experience in the migration health field. We work as an interdisciplinary team that includes health secretaries, social workers, doctors, public health nurses, psychologists, and physical therapists.

We work towards developing and sharing knowledge to increase specialized competence in the migration health field.
Våre arbeidsoppgaver:
- Helseundersøkelser og håndtering av behandlingstrengende helsetilstander
- Rådgiving og veiledning til kommunale tjenester og andre instanser
- Henvisning av pasienter til riktige instanser i kommunen og spesialisthelsetjenesten
- Å koordinere innsatsen rundt den enkelte pasient
- Å arbeide for likeverdige helsetjenester
- Å bidra til å styrke samarbeidet mellom primær- og spesialisthelsetjenesten
Our tasks are:
- Medical assessment and examination of health conditions that require treatment.
- Consultation and guidance to municipal and other providers.
- Referrals of patients to the necessary providers within the municipal and specialty sectors.
- Coordination and collaboration with providers regarding planning for patients.
- Work toward providing a health service that offers accessible and equitable health treatments.
- Help to strengthen the collaboration between the primary and specialist health providers.
